Hard-coding a product profile costs typically $2000 for each new product, serial or Ethernet. Subsequent profiles for different protocols for the same device will cost typically half that. A typical turnaround time for doing this is about 4 weeks, including the opportunity for the customer to test the profile at their site and for FieldServer to address any issues that may be highlighted by the testing. Of course FieldServer reserves the right to charge more if the profile is complex. Likewise, on review of the product and it’s data points, the charge may be less.
