ProtoCessor is an OEM product.

If you are the end-user of a product that includes a ProtoCessor in the device, your first line of support is the manufacturer of that device. If you are an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the ProtoCessor sales and development team provides you with the technical support you need to insure that ProtoCessor meets yours and your customers needs.
Our Technical Support Center in California is staffed with experienced FieldServer application engineers with the knowledge and skills to assist with ProtoCessor configuration and implementation. Engineers are available during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time
